How it works

Candidates apply for a role on employer website / job board
Employers decide whether to progress a candidate to the assessment stage
On the Employer Dashboard, recruitment teams can add new roles, select required assessments, and set deadlines. Candidate names and email addresses can then be added to respective roles
Candidates receive an email informing them they have outstanding assessments.
If they have already completed the required assessments, candidates can choose for their existing scores to be submitted. If there are new assessments to complete, they must complete three rounds of assessments
The employer dashboard shows all submitted scores, with scores for each assessment and an overall Calibre Score for the candidate. Employers can also view detailed analytics of a candidate's performance on each assessment
